The discount online hotel reservation site Travel Pony is offering the first 1,000 people who book today an additional 10% off. Although the website doesn’t state how many people are left to use the code, so there might actually be no cap. If you are not yet a member, make sure to first sign up through a referral link so you can get a $35 credit towards your next $200+ reservation, although it cannot be combined with the 10% off code – my referral link but feel free to post your own in the comments section.
I will make this post short so you can get an additional 10% off if you’ve been eyeing a particular hotel reservation. The 10% off has no minimum and is off your total purchase which is great. Make sure to use code “FLASHPONY”. Also, to get additional savings of 10%-45% off the rate listed make sure to use code TPSAVINGS (this has been a standing offer code).
Also remember, if you have a hotel room previously booked and you haven’t gone past the cancellation policy, cancel and rebook.
My experience: Last Fall I booked a two night stay at The Palazzo in Las Vegas for a total of $258.20 after taxes. That same reservation would cost $428.56 through the hotel site directly! For that particular scenario, Jetsetter was also more expensive. I tried a bunch of codes with the hotel site on the IHG website to get a lower reservation rate and none were accepted, so TravelPony saved me about $170! I did not, however, receive the points, so keep that in mind. Related blog post.
TravelPony also just launched an app earlier this year where every city has one hotel on sale every day. The promotion code FLASHPONY can also be used on the app to get an even great savings!
Always make sure that you are getting the best possible rate when booking a hotel reservations! Some pricing will be better, where some will not. Overall, I’ve seen very favorable pricing.
