If you missed out on yesterdays cheap flights from LAX to Australia, you still have an opportunity to grab those flights today. To celebrate its 100th birthday, Qantas Airlines is offering flights for $100 one-way every day this week. Every day will be a new departure city and todays city is San Francisco. Even if do not live in the Bay Area, this is an great positioning airport to get to Australia.

The discounted flights will be available at 2pm PST / 5pm EST, although flights will sell out very quickly. This sale actually crashed the site yesterday, so be prepared.  There are 100 seats available each day and I assume they will sell out very quickly. This sale will go through Nov. 21, 2019.

This is an absolutely phenomenal deal for those with flexibility. Just one thing to note is that the flights are priced at $100 each way, but you must purchase a roundtrip. This means you are looking at spending $200 for the flight — which is still an amazing price!

If you are not able to snag a flight through this particular sale or if the dates do not work out, Qantas is still offering discounted fares from the US to Australia. For example, you can fly from Los Angeles to Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane for $699 roundtrip. That is still a great price — for those willing to fly in Economy.

Overall…

If you are interested at all, I suggest being at your computer at 2pm PST / 5pm EST on the dot (or even a few minutes before) and continuously refreshing your screen. For those in the US, you can always purchase the ticket and cancel within 24 hours for a full refund if need be. I’ll be sure to update this post daily to include the city pair for these discounted flights.

Good luck to those interesting in flying to Australia on a great deal!
