I purchased a ticket less than 14 days ago, which now went down in price with the promo code. Unfortunately, JetBlue’s “honoring the low fare policy” does not allow their system to recognize or enter the promo code to re-purchase the same flight at the discounted rate. Very poor policy. Customer service was also really un-apologetic about it. Have never been more disappointed in jetBlue.
