A new Amex Offer popped up this week where if you spend $100 at a Country Inn & Suites or Park Inn hotel, you’ll receive a $20 statement credit. I am able to see this offer on about half of my American Express credit cards, so hopefully you’ll have access on at least one card — just check your AmericanExpress.com to see if you are eligible (and to register). This offer expires May 14, 2019 and unfortunately due to the new restrictions put in place, you’ll probably only be able to take advantage of this once per account.

Remember, for the statement credit to trigger, you must book directly with Radisson (or at Country Inn & Suites and Park Inn). The charge also must hit your credit card by May 14, 2019, so a pre-paid stay made prior to this date, but for a stay after this date should trigger. Or, if you have a stay that goes through this date ask the front desk if they can split up your stay and charge you for some of the rooms prior to check out. Also, if you are using points for your stay you can still take advantage of this offer with any incidental charges paid to your room. As long as you put any other charges on your bill, for example, on-site restaurants, activities, drinks at the bar, etc. it will still trigger the statement credit (as long as you are spending $100+ on incidentals) — although I am not quite sure what “incidentals” you might find at these properties.
