$75 in Hotel Credits! Act Fast!

The hotel booking site Stayful is offering $75 in credits towards a future stay by taking advantage of two promotions:

$25 credits: Sign up through a referral link (feel free to post your link in the comments section)
$50 credits: Enter code SECRETSANTA in the “promo code” section. In your account, go to “My Credits” and scroll all the way down to enter the code.

UPDATE: Creating an account with your Facebook account seems to be working the best. Many reports showing that referral credit not showing, but make sure to confirm email and phone. If you sign up with Facebook you will not need to do this. Also, reports showing that signing up with iPhone and entering promo code is not working. If you can, try to use a laptop.

While I’ve never personally used the site, I’ve heard of it before and I’ve read some success stories. Ultimately, it allows you to bid (think Priceline) on boutique hotel rooms. You can make an offer to a specific hotel in their system and you’ll hear back within 24 hours whether or not your bid was approved. Fortunately, it is not a binding offer so you can always decline if you find a better rate elsewhere (or bid on multiple hotels through the site). You can also only book a hotel room 30 days out.

Keep in mind the $50 referral credit expires in a few days (midnight on December 6, 2015), so start searching for those boutique hotels! I’ll report back with my experience. All other credits earned (i.e., sign up and referral credits) expire 90 days from the date earned.
