“Me and the missus are planning to go to Burgundy, France for our big 10 year anniversary, and would like to not pay a cent for any of it. I am a big time mile maker, but a small time deal finder and was hoping for some advice. We are planning to fly first class, hotel in Pair-ee for a couple days, train down to Bourgogne to a little VRBO the escape spot, then back to Paris for the escape. Anyone have any recommendations for a rental in Burgundy? I’d prefer that over a hotel, but if there are any great hotel recommendations, I’ll look into it. Also, aside from the wineries, any other recommendations on things to do? Restaurants to eat at? Wineries I must visit? Thank you!”
If you’ve ever been to Burgandy and have any recommendations, let’s help out reader Jamie by commenting below.

I don’t know your budget and personally I would chose a cottage over a hotel any day when it comes to romance.
In regards to a place to stay…this is quite nice (lovely views, smack in the middle of a winery and it has a hot tub and pool 😀
