Save Money on Travel with Amex Offers

Over the past few months I’ve written about some really good Amex Offers where you can save money at a ton of participating merchants! While many of them are for random shopping merchants, I wanted to highlight the ones that will specifically save you money for travel. Currently, if you are looking to go on a cruise, stay at a Hilton hotel, a Country Inn & Suites hotel, book a hotel through a third party, travel to Miami, Las Vegas, or Tucson, or travel on Delta or JetBlue, you are in luck! Here is a list of the merchants along with the requirements to save some money:

Hotels

  • Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn: Spend $175+, get a $35 statement credit. Expires 7/7/2017. Related blog post

  • The Breakers Palm Beach: Spend $500+, get a $100 statement credit. Expires 6/30/2017.
    • Tip: Must spend a minimum of $500 on your bill, which includes room rate and other charges billed to your room.
  • Miraval Arizona Resort & Spa: Spend $500+, get a $100 statement credit. Expires 7/31/2017.
    • Tip: Must book directly with the hotel. $500 can include nightly room rate and other charges billed to your room.
  • MGM Resorts – Las Vegas: Spend $300+, get a $60 statement credit. Expires 6/30/2017.
  • Hotel Storm: Spend $200+, get a $50 statement credit. Expires 10/12/2017. Blog Post

    • Tip: Works on pre-paid hotels booked through AmexTravel.com.

Flights

  • JetBlue: Spend $200+, get a $40 statement credit. Expires 6/30/2017.
    • Tip: Flight must be purchased by this date, do not have to actually travel by this date. This offer is highly targeted
  • Delta: Spend $500+, get a $100 statement credit. Expires 5/12/2017. Blog Post
    • Tip: Flight must be purchased by this date, do not have to actually travel by this date. This offer is highly targeted

Cruises

  • Norwegian Cruise Line: Spend $500+, get a $100 statement credit. Expires 4/30/2017.
    • Tip: Must book directly with Norwegian. Do not have to travel by this date, the charge just must hit your credit card by this date.

Per my account, the Delta offer expires 5/17 (not 5/12 as you stated above).
