UPDATE: Chase is discontinuing their membership with the Lounge Club program and therefore this benefit is going away. You have until the expiration date on the card to visit the lounge for free.
I was actually doing a massive cleanup of my apartment this past weekend and throwing away millions of papers that I do not need. Amongst that was the Chase Ink Bold packet I received when I applied for the card. I quickly went through it and realized there is nothing I need and in the garbage it went. However, I did manage to rip out one important page that detailed the complimentary airport lounge access you get with the card. A benefit I totally forgot about to be quite honest.
While I enjoy airport lounge access it is not something I’d ever pay for. With the card you receive two free visits to participating club lounges each year you have the card. I believe your one year time spam starts the day you create the account (anyone who has experience with this, please comment below). After your two visits a year you can pay $27 per person to enter a participating club.
Now, you actually need to enroll in the program. Just showing your card at the lounge will not do much. To do this go to www.loungeclub.com/inkcard. Enter invitation code “CHASEINK” and click Activate. Click the “Join Now” tab at the top of the page and then the “Enroll” button mid-way down. Enter your information and create a username/password for yourself. You will then receive an email with your membership email. My confirmation email ended up in my spam folder, so make sure to check there as well if it doesn’t arrive.
You will have access to over 350 airport lounges worldwide. On the Lounge Club site you can search lounges in the airport location you are in. It will give you all details you need, such as location within the airport, hours, any other conditions, and lounge facilities.

The lounge club is fast to process requests also, I did mine online last saturday, got the pass in mondays mail.
Problem is, of the ones I would be using, few have showers.
Yes, I have the Lounge Club membership card but have not had a chance to use it. The website appears to only have Lounge Clubs in the major international airports in the US and around the world. I signed up for the benefit as soon as I received my Ink Bold card and information booklet.
Here are the sign up terms: “With LOUNGE CLUB™ you have access to over 350 airport lounges worldwide. Membership is provided to you complimentary as an Ink℠ from Chase cardholder (valued at $99). As an added benefit, Ink℠ from Chase is providing you with your first two lounge visits at no additional cost (valued at $27 each).

Upon enrollment, you and your guest can enjoy access to all participating lounges in the LOUNGE CLUB™ network worldwide. After your first two complimentary visits to participating lounges, a fee of just US$27 per person, per visit will be charged for yourself and any accompanying guest(s).”
So basically you get to enroll in the program for free and your first 2 visits are free, after that it will cost you $27 each time.
@Grant – That is correct. First two visits each year.
Does the “old” Ink Bold give you this benefit?
Guessing anyone can get this, whether or not they have Ink.
@HikerT – I needed to enter my Chase Ink Bold credit card number when enrolling.

@Deals, I found my brochure and you are right. Maybe the changed the wording online or the offer entirely.
Ok, I just called Lounge club and she confirmed that you get 2 free visits each year as long as your chase ink bold (or alternative ink business card) remains open, then it is $27 per visit.
I received my Ink Bold card on April 21 and opened my Lounge Club card on April 22. So each year when you renew your Chase Ink Bold annual fee, you will automatically receive a new Lounge Club card for the following year. It seems possible to get more than 1 year of lounge club (4 free visits) if the time between opening the ink bold card and opening the lounge club card is large.
Twice a year is about the amount of times I fly economy on SkyTeam or OneWorld, so this could really come in handy.
Does this apply to authorized users too? They have Ink Bolds with different numbers?
@Larry – Yes, I’ve been told that this applies to authorized user cards too, although I do not have an authorized user attached to my card so I haven’t been able to confirm this for sure. Others have reported it works.
is guest included in this for example if i visit with another person will they get charged or is it free
I used my two free passes in the Bahamas at the Greycliff lounge. You receive $20 in free food and drinks with that particular lounge. Cool place bc there were no other lounges. great benefit to keep in your tool chest.
@Silvia– Yes, I registered my (quite) old Ink card and just got the packet (very quickly, as Mikey noted).

@HF & Thalha – I believe it is two free lounge visits, so you can either go once and bring a friend or go twice yourself.
