I received an email yesterday from Silvercar offering a promotion for both new and existing renters. The promotion is valid through January 10, 2016.
New renters to Silvercar can get $100 off their next car reservation of 2+ days. By using code JOLLY15 you’ll receive $75 off your rental which can be combined with the $25 you receive by being referred by someone – totaling $100 off! Existing member can use the same code and get 15% off future reservations.
What is Silvercar?
If you are new to Silvercar, it is an interesting concept where you are renting one type a vehicle, an Audi A4. These cars have all-wheel drive, built-in GPS, satellite radio, bluetooth, and a free WiFi hotspot. Renting a car with them is seamless as there is no paperwork to fill out (you complete your profile ahead of time). An employee will pick you up at the airport in your car as well as and drop you off at the airport – no car rental shuttles. Currently, Silvercar is at the following airports locations: Austin, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas Love Field, Dallas Fr. Worth, Denver, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Miami, Phoenix, and San Francisco.
New to Silvercar?
As I mentioned above, if you are new to Silvercar, after you complete first rental you’ll get $25 back from Silvercar – within 24 hours after you complete the reservation you’ll receive an email from Silvercar and will be paid $25 via Paypal. To receive this credit you must sign up through another members referral. Note: This is my referral link. As always, thanks for the support and feel free to leave your referral in the comments section as well!
My Experience
I recently rented with them a few months back in Miami and had a great experience! Because of a certain promotion going on at the time, it actually cost me a lot less to rent with Silvercar then any other car rental company. I absolutely would rent with them again if the price was right!
