AirBnB is currently offering a pretty awesome promotion for those booking an AirBnB experience. Purchase an experience of $50 or more and you’ll get $25 off. Just use the AirBnB coupon code PRICELESS and pay with a MasterCard. The great thing about this offer is that coupon codes can be combined with credits and gift cards. New members can sign up here and receive $15 towards an experience (or $40 off a home booking). UPDATE: This offer has expired.
Technically the terms of this promotion state that it expired April 30th, but I just took advantage of this promotion yesterday and was able to use the promo code seamlessly.
My AirBnB Experience Savings
My family and I are headed to Portugal next month and we are looking to spend a day in Sintra. With two little kids in tow, we figured the best way to see Sintra is with a private guide.
I was able to find a guide through AirBnB Experience that charged $55 per person. With a 4 or more people the guide was even able to do a private tour for our family. To take advantage of the $25 coupon code, I ended up booking each family member separately under a different account. (The coupon can only be applied once per account).
Prior to pressing the confirming and payment button, enter the code PRICELESS.
You’ll then see the $25 coupon discount taken off your total price.
This means our family is getting a private tour in Sintra for just $112 total. Not only that, I was able to purchase a $100 AirBnB gift card at Staples with a card that earns 5x points. (Office supply stores earn 5x points with select Chase Ink credit cards). Since I value my Chase Ultimate Reward points at 2 cents per dollar, that is another $10 towards future travel. (I wasn’t sure if the coupon code would still apply if I wasn’t using a MasterCard as some form of payment, so I purchased 4 $25 AirBnB gift cards).
Amazon also sells AirBnB gift cards at a discount (typically 10-15%) during various flash sales. Since there was no such sale when I needed the gift cards, I wasn’t able to take advantage of this offer.
Overall…
My family and I are thoroughly looking forward to our trip to Portugal and this is just one way for us to reduce our overall cost. Although we are using points and miles for the bulk of our flights and hotels, daily spending money seems to always creep up on us on vacations. I am glad to have an awesome experience in Sintra while also getting a great deal!
I am not sure when exactly this $25 promotion will end, but if you are looking for any activities on your next trip, or even in your home city, definitely check out this promotion. It is also a great way to find activities that you might not have known about. I’ve definitely enjoyed looking at all the activities available in various cities.

Hey Deals wanted to let you know Delta had a non stop round trip for 34,000 points from Tampa to Amsterdam. tell me what you think!
Thanks so much for this! I just booked two experiences in France, one through my account and one through my traveling partner, each one for less then the cost of us going to a movie in our home city! Super excited to try these out, especially at this super reasonable rate!
A couple of months ago I took advantage of a similar Airbnb promotion for a walking tour in Malta. To the company this is a marketing expense, to me it was a good deal on an enjoyable, educational experience
Any recent reports of this still working? I tried today 6/5 after hearing it on Miles to Go podcast but when I tried it says the coupon code is not valid.

@Devvon – Unfortunately it looks like the promotion has expired.
