Just yesterday I wrote about Amazon’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion for purchasing an Amazon Prime Membership. Currently, they are offering 10% off both the 3-month and 12-month subscription price, but you can do even better!
There are many shopping portals that are offering a $15 Amazon gift card for signing up for an Amazon Prime membership by going through their site first. In the terms it states for a $1119 membership, so I suspect this only works on the 1-year membership. (And hope that it still triggers it even though you are only paying $107, so keep in mind that the bonus might not post). Additionally, if you are a new user to any of these sites, there are various new member bonuses too:
- Swagbucks – $3 new user bonus
- TopCashBack – $10 new user bonus (Frequent Miler has an exclusive increased cash back bonus for new users)
- Mr. Rebates – $5 new user bonus
Ultimately, you can think of this as getting a Prime Membership for just $92. And then tack on any extra cash back for any new user bonuses from one of the three sites above. Note: You are limited to one $15 Amazon gift card per member.
Even with this extra discount, you can still use the loophole to lock in the cheaper price for future years. See the post from yesterday on how to purchase extra Prime Memberships at a discount.
