For those looking for a travel deal, here are a list of hotels offering some discounts for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The hotel deals listed below are just the few ones that I have found and I am sure there are many more. I’ll be adding to the list as I come across more deals.
Some are available only on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, while others are available for a few day time period. Many of these are limited time only. I personally have not stayed at most of these hotels, so I cannot comment on the quality of the hotel. Like any other travel deal, make sure to do your own due diligence to ensure these rates are in fact the best rate possible.
United States:
- The Marker Waterfront Resort Key West: Book starting on Cyber Monday and save up to 20% off our Standard Rate, plus receive a 3.75 oz. bottle of Johnnie Walker Black! Booking Window: November 28 – 30, 2016 Travel window: Bookable for stays until Dec 23, 2017. Booking Code: CYBER. Restrictions: Rate includes free cancellation if cancelled at least 10 days prior to arrival. Deposit of one night room and tax is required at the time of booking to secure the room. - Hilton Hotels in Hawaii: 14 Hilton hotels in Oahu, Maui and Kauai are offering a four-day cyber sale from Nov. 25, 2016 starting at noon through Nov. 28, 2016 ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Receive 30 percent off best available rate on stays from Jan. 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017. Participating properties include:

- Pacific Beach Hotel in Oahu: 40% off for stays in December; 45% off for stays January – April; 40% off for stays May – June. All bookings will also include a complimentary amenity fee, three free Travel Rewards and complimentary day use of Tommy Bahama® beach chairs. Booking Window: 11/25/16 – 12/2/16. Travel Dates: 11/25/16 – 6/30/17, subject to availability.
- Naples Grande Beach Resort: $99 rooms for Sunday to Thursday stays between May 29 and September 30, 2017. A maximum of two nights can be booked at the special rate.
- Fontainebleau Miami Beach: Receive 25% stays of two nights or more and receive complimentary breakfast. Book through November 28th at 11:59pm. Travel must be completed by November 30, 2017.
- Hotel 48LEX, New York City: 40% off all room categories on Cyber Monday for stays through March 31. Guests also get a complimentary continental breakfast and free wine hour. Rates are $199 a night before the discount. Use promotional code CYBER.
- Gregory Hotel, New York City: 50% off rates booked on Cyber Monday only. This is for travel December 15, 2016 through March 31, 2017. You’ll also receive two free craft cocktails from the Liquor Cabinet lobby bar.
- Z NYCHotel, Long Island: This is limited to the first 28 people who book between 11am and 11:28am ET on Cyber Monday. The rate will be $28 all-inclusive. This is for stays between January 2 and April 2, 2017. To book call 212-319-7000.
- Q&A Residential Hotel, New York City: On Black Friday only, the first 11 people to book a room will receive a rate of $11.25/night. This is for travel between November 26 and December 29, 2017. Limited to one discounted rate per person. Blackout dates apply.
- The Godfrey Hotel, Boston: Between Black Friday and Cyber Monday you can book a rate of $119/night. This is for travel through February 28, 2017.
- Virgin Hotels Chicago: 25% off your stay through April 30th. Must book by November 28, 2016.
- The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas: Through November 28, 2016 at 8:59pm book one night and you’ll receive your second night for free. This is for select dates in November, December, January, and February.
Caribbean/Mexico/Latin America Hotels:
- La Colección: Deal: 50% off rates at any of the brand’s 12 oceanfront properties located throughout Mexico (Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Chetumal, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco). Travel dates: Discount applies for travel Nov. 22, 2016 – Dec. 21, 2017. When: Travelers must book online between November 22 – 28, 2016. - Palace Resorts: Deals: Up to 50% off rates for travel to AAA Four Diamond rated Moon Palace Cancun in Cancun, Mexico, and Moon Palace Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Up to 45% off rates at AAA Five Diamond rated Le Blanc Spa Resort, an adults-only property in Cancun, Mexico. Up to 45% off rates for bookings at Beach Palace in Cancun, Mexico, Playacar Palace and Cozumel Palace and at adults-only properties Sun Palace (Cancun) and Isla Mujeres Palace. Travel dates: Discounts apply for travel Nov. 28, 2016, through Dec. 23, 2017. When: Travelers must book online Monday, Nov. 28 – Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016. - Desire Resorts: Deal: – $213 USD per person per night (May 1-Dec 25, 2017) and $266 USD per person per night (Jan 2-Apr 30, 2017. Travel Dates: Discount applies for travel between January 2 – April 30, 2017 or from May 1 – December 25, 2017. Travelers must book online between November 25-28, 2016. Relevant Details: Minimum 3 night stay is required and blackout dates include February 11 – 14, 2017.
- Las Brisas Acapulco: Deal: 20% discount on all rooms booked on November 28 ONLY. Travel Dates: Discount applies for travel between November 28, 2016 – November 27, 2017. Relevant details: Minimum 2 night stay that includes a daily buffet breakfast; blackout dates apply.
Chain Hotel Deals:
- InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG): On Cyber Monday (November 28th), IHG will be launching a week full of “Cyber Week deals”. This includes hotels at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Resorts, Hotel Indigo, EVEN Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Staybridge, and Candlewood. These deals will launch on Monday November 28 at 8am ET and go through Friday December 2 at 8pm ET. You can check out the Cyber Monday site here.
- Hyatt: Get up to 25% off hotels booked through November 29, 2016. With this sale you’ll be able to book hotels a full year in advance, but you are limited to just hotels in the U.S. and Latin America. You can check out all participating hotels and the discount here.
- Starwood: The “Biggest Sale of the Year” will give you up to 35% off your stay for stays through September 4, 2017. You just need to book by December 4, 2016. You can check out all participating hotels and the discount here. The special rate code is HEPNAD.
- Marriott: Between November 25th (Black Friday) and November 28th (Cyber Monday), you’ll be able to book a Marriott hotel for as low as $79/night! This is for stays between December 9, 2016 and January 16, 2017 (or March 31, 2017 for hotels in Europe and September 2017 for the Middle East and Africa). - Wyndham:Receive up to 40% off at Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. This sale requires a two-night stay minimum and is valid for travel through March 31, 2017. You can book here.
