This is not an error, but instead a legit verified promotion. You can fly economy, business, or first class (pending availability) to/from Jakarta for hardly any miles. Of course, you must have miles within this program, which I am sure no one does. But there are two options: 1) Purchasing miles or 2) Transferring Citi ThankYou points.

so far no one in the US is able to book this award, only those that are in Asia able to take advantage of this, big mistake for falling into this trap.
