UPDATE: This offer has expired.

This limited time Chase Ink credit card increased sign up offer is coming to an end tomorrow, June 1, 2014. The links will disappear at some point during the day, so if you have been wanting to apply for this offer, I suggest doing so no. This increased offer is 10,000 points more then the typical offer for all three Chase Ink credit cards. You can learn more about the offer in this prior post.

  • Chase Ink Bold – 60,000 bonus points after you spend $5,000 in the first 3 months
  • Chase Ink Plus – 60,000 bonus points after you spend $5,000 in the first 3 months
  • Chase Ink Cash – 30,000 bonus points after you spend $3,000 in the first 3 months

As I’ve mentioned before, I am personally a huge fan of these cards as they earn Chase Ultimate Reward points which can be transferred at a 1:1 rate to the following loyalty programs: United, British Airways, Korean Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Singapore Airlines, Hyatt, Priority Club/InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott, Ritz Carlton, and Amtrak. I value these Chase Ultimate Reward points at about 2 cents per point, so 60,000 points would be worth at least $1,200 in my book.

Remember, points earned from the Chase Ink Cash card cannot be transferred directly to a partner loyalty program, but if you have the Chase Ink Bold or Plus card (and others have reported luck having the Chase Sapphire Preferred), you can transfer points freely between accounts. This means you can transfer points from your Ink Cash account directly to your Ink Bold or Ink Plus (and possibly Sapphire Preferred), and then transfer the points to the loyalty program of your choice. You can also freely transfer points between you and your significant other.

I’ve written about this card extensively over the past few years, so I’ll just direct you to those posts and you can read more about the offer if you are still interested. Chances are that the Chase Ink Bold and Chase Ink Plus card will go back 50,000 points after meeting the minimum spend and the Chase Ink Cash will go back to 20,000 points after meeting the minimum spend. For the Ink Bold and Ink Plus card I’d value the 10,000 point increase as an additional $200 towards travel. If you are thinking about holding off on applying for whatever reason, don’t worry, the 50,000 point offer is still really good!

Some quick FAQs about applying:

  • If you recently applied for one of these three cards in the past 103 days, send a secure message on your Chase.com account and request for a match in the offer. Many readers have had success with this. Just make sure to do this TODAY before the offer is over. Related blog post
  • While this is a business card, you do not need to apply with an EIN (Employer Identification Number) and you can use your personal Social Security number on your application. You can apply as a sole proprietorship.
  • There is no set cap on the number of Chase cards you can apply for.

Do you know if I can get a second Chase Ink card for a business that is a DBA of our current business? We already have the CI card for the main company and just added a DBA for a spin-of under that same company name.
