UPDATE: This offer is no longer working. If you already received the coupon code though, you still have December 31, 2014 to use it.
The Gap is offering a free $10 coupon for signing up to receive their e-mails. While it states that it is open to Birchbox members, it seems like anyone is able to register. The coupon is valid between December 10 and December 31, 2014 and for in-store purchases only.
The best part about the offer is that the $10 coupon is off of any purchase! No minimum spend required. So find a $10 item and your purchase is free! The coupon is only valid for Gap-branded merchandise (so no Kate Spade purchases) at participating Gap, GapBody, GapKids, and babyGap retail stores in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
It is limited to one per email, but there is no limit to the number of emails you can have. After registering, you should receive the coupon within 10-15 minutes in your email. Enjoy your free $10 item!

Got it, thanks!
Is there a physical coupon to be printed out or do I just show the email on my phone to the cashier at checkout?
@SL – There is a coupon code in the email you received. You can either print it out or read off the code to the cashier.
Thank You. This is phenomenal if you can get multiple. 😉
@PhatMiles – It is!
Can you use more than two coupons on the purchase of one item if the item is $20.00 or more ?
@christo – I coupon per purchase.
People, don’t be greedy and ruin it for everyone.
I just got six of them lol.
I am not receiving the coupon. Is there a certain criteria?
Is this still working? I tried signing up for it but didn’t get the coupon…
@Shira – I cannot get it to work anymore either.
Does this promotion not work anymore
@q – unfortunately not
The date December 31, 2014 is incorrect on here. It was just a one day day deal.
Claire is right, you greedy people have ruined it for everyone. You must now show it in it’s original form with the fine print- terms and conditions. Only 1 per member/ person. Birchbox should have a better system, every freebie website got a link.
Last week I requested a single $10 GAP coupon and went in yesterday to use it on a merino wool sweater. The cashier said it was expired.
