If you are looking to test drive some cars (or have some spare time and looking to make some free money), Hyundai is offering an opportnity to get a free gift card simply for test driving – no purchase necessary. You’ll receive a $50 gift card to either Amazon, Target, or Visa. Based on this Slickdeals thread the promotion ends August 18, 2018.
Register for the promo
Go to the Hyundai site, click on the green “$50 Test Drive Offer” on the left-hand side. Fill out your information to get the coupon code and fill out the form. The terms also state valid at “participating” locations, so you might want to call your location to see if they are participating. There is no purchase necessary, but you are limited to one coupon redemption per household per 6 months. So if you have taken advantage one of the previous offers, unfortunately you cannot take advantage this time around.
Risks:
Unfortunately, many dealerships do not even know what to do with these promotional codes that you bring in when you go to test drive the car. Many readers have taken advantage of these offers in the past, and I’d say it was a 50/50 success rate. Many received the gift card (and didn’t even have to test drive the car and they were in and out within minutes), while others had managers give them a hard time and would not honor the gift card promotion. This is a 100% legit offer, it is just that some dealerships are either unaware or do not want to hand out a gift card to those not actually interested in buying a car (or even if you are interested in buying a car!). That’s why I suggest calling ahead of time.

I did exactly that, I registered for the Hyundai gift card program and they sent a confirmation email before I drove the car.
Also if you want an actual card and not a “virtual card” you’ll have to pay $2.30 for it
