UPDATE: This offer has expired.
Just on the heels of the Delta Gold and Delta Platinum card offers expiring, it looks like the Delta Reserve Business Card has increased their welcome offer to the best offer I’ve ever seen for this card! This offer expires November 7, 2018.
Key Link:
- Delta Reserve Business Card: Earn 70,000 bonus miles and 10,000 Medallion® Qualification Miles (MQMs) after you spend $5,000 in purchases on your new Card in your first 3 months. *Terms and limitations apply.
This card is a premium card and does carry a hefty $450 annual fee. With that you’ll receive Complimentary Delta Sky Club Access which may or may not be beneficial for you. For such an expensive card, I’d expect more benefits, especially since so many other cards come with some sort of lounge access.
The big benefit of this card is that you’ll earn 15,000 Medallion® Qualification Miles (MQMs) and 15,000 bonus miles after you spend $30,000 in a calendar year, plus an additional 15,000 bonus MQMs and miles when you spend $60,000 in total. So if you are a big spender and are in need of MQMs this is definitely a card that will help you earn status. The MQMs you earn can also be combined with any MQMs you might earn from the benefits of the Delta Reserve card (personal card) and Delta Platinum cards (both personal and business).

Dear dealswelike,
I already have a Delta Reserve personal and have already gotten my MQM bonus for the year, but I find myself embarrassingly short of MQM to hit Diamond – 25,000 MQMs short! As the year end gets closer, I will probably get another 5k or so on normal travel, but I have a lot to make up. I am trying to figure out if I would be better off spending roughly $5000 (and 4 days) to fly to Australia and back to get the 29000 MQMs off that, or look at credit cards and go on a spending spree – but I would have to generate at least 20,000 MQMs before the end of the year. I guess I could double down and get this card as well, buy the ticket on it (which would hit my spend needs), fly to Australia, and really pound the points before year end. My heart tells me Diamond is worth the money and time, but my head is saying stupid stuff about spending that much money. HELP! Any advice?
