Hyatt Targeted Promotions – Check Your Email!

This post may contain affiliate links from our advertising partners. Read my Advertiser Disclosure policy here. Additionally, some of the offers on this page may no longer be available through Deals We Like.

Last night I received a great email from Hyatt with the subject line “Exclusive Offer: You Could Earn One Free Night in Paradise”. The offer is a free category 1-4 certificate after my next eligible stay from May 1 through July 31. While I hate the category 1-4 limitation this is a great offer!

Screen Shot 2014-04-23 at 7.41.35 AM copyUnfortunately though this is a targeted offer, but make sure to check your email from yesterday to see if you received anything from Hyatt. And if you did, make sure to register (registration link is in the email). Unfortunately those not targeted have not been able to successfully register (but you can always try in case you deleted or cannot find the email)

Other targeted offers (per this FlyerTalk threadhave included:

  • 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points after your first eligible stay (link)
  • 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points after completing four eligible stays (link)
  • 2,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points after your first eligible stay (link)
  • 1,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points after your first eligible stay (link)
  • Free category 1-4 certificate after your first eligible stay (link)

I personally have not stayed at a Hyatt hotel for quite some time (October 2012), so that could possibly be why I received the free night certificate promotion.

Anyone else receive a targeted promotion and able to take advantage?

I was offered 1,000 points. Not nearly as enticing as your offer!

I was offered 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport® bonus points after completing two eligible stays from May 1 through July 31, 2014. I think I will skip this, there are no cheap Hyatts in Thailand.

I got the 5K for 1 night offer. Are corporate discount rates typically considered eligible rates?

@dave – yea corporate discounts typically apply. As long as you earn points with the rate then you are bonus eligible. Typically the only rates that do not apply are employee rates or those booked through a third party reservation system (i.e., hotels.com)
