Hilton Promo Terms Changed: NEW Members Earn Up to 7,500 Bonus Points

Just yesterday I wrote about a new Hilton offer where you’d earn up to 7,500 bonus points â€” 2,500 points on your first stay and another 5,000 bonus points after completing your second stay. When I posted this, it looks like some members were able to register and others were not, with no rhyme or reason. The terms and conditions did state that it was a targeted offer however.

Now, the terms have been updated to state that this is for NEW Hilton Honors members only. The enrollment URL has changed as well. You’ll now have to go here to register and sign up as a Hilton Honors member.

Since the terms have changed, I have no idea what will happen to existing Hilton Honors members who already registered yesterday. My assumption is the bonus points will still be honored for those accounts, but I am not sure.

If you are not yet a Hilton Honors member and have some upcoming stays, make sure to register under this promotion. While this is not a huge offer, extra points on a stay you were going to be taking anyways is a nice bonus. This promotion runs through January 31, 2020.
