I just received an email from Starwood that they are offering bonus points after your first, second, and third stay between March 1 and May 31, 2015.
Upon registering I was told that this “New Member Exclusive” offer is not available to everyone. Based on the title of the offer it makes sense that it is for new members only, however, I’ve been a Starwood Preferred Guest member since 2005, so I am not so new anymore. I did, however, change my email address in my account a few weeks ago, so maybe that is why I am being targeted.
Even if you didn’t receive the email, I suggest trying to register for this promotion. I’d be interested to see who is actually targeted and who is not. Or, did anyone else receive a different offer?
And remember… through April 30, 2015, you can earn double points on all stays plus an extra 1,000 points for every 5 nights (up to 4,000 bonus points). You can double dip with both promotions which is awesome!
