Back in September, Starwood announced their quarterly promotion which allows you to earn double or triple points depending on your stay. While the promotion runs through December 15, 2014, you actually must register by end of today today to rack up your bonus points. Even if you register now, all stays starting from September 15 will be backdated and get the extra points.
Promotion includes:
- Double points on stays of 2 or more nights
- Triple points on stays of 2 or more nights that include a Friday or Saturday stay
While this is definitely not one of the better promotions from Starwood, if you are staying at a Starwood hotel even once between September 15 and December 15, 2014 you definitely should register. Starwood is very strict with their registration deadlines, so DO NOT FORGET!
Unfortunately there are a good amount of hotels that are not participating in this promotion. While I did not go through it with a fine tooth comb, it looks like almost every hotel in Massachusetts, New York City, New Jersey, San Francisco, London, Hong Kong, and Spain are on the list.
