If you live in Boston I have a great deal for you. This includes $20 towards dining out, a $25 Uber credit, and a $5 or $20 donation made on your behalf to select charities!
The restaurant app Reserve and the on-demand car service Uber have teamed together and between April 26 and May 2, 2015 have created “Reserve Week“. During this one week timeframe, if you make a restaurant reservation using Reserve, you will receive a free Uber ride (up to $25) to take you to or from dinner. The $20 dining credit comes into play if you are a new Reserve. If you sign up through a referral code you receive $20 towards your first dining out experience (you can use code GJMIPF – thanks in advance, or feel free to leave yours in the comments section!). Also, typically it costs $5 to make a reservation with Reserve, but during this special promotion there is no fee allowing you to put the entire $20 towards your bill! To top it all off, with every reservation, Reserve will donate either $5 or $20 to the restaurants charity of choice ($5 for existing users, $20 for new users). Boston has 48 restaurants that you can book through the Reserve app so there is by no means any shortage of places to eat! My sister actually just ate at B&G Oysters and had a seamless experience.
Steps to take advantage of this offer:
- Download the Reserve app on your phone. Enter referral code GJMIPF to get the $20 in free dining credits and code RESERVEWEEK to get the waived concierge fee and Uber credit.
- Request a restaurant through Reserve for any time between April 26 and May 2, 2015.
- You will receive a complimentary Uber code that will give you one free ride to use between April 26 and May 2, 2015 (up to $25). This is for NEW or EXISTING Uber users which is great!
If applying the RESERVEWEEK code does not work in your app (it didn’t work for me, but did work for another family member): Go ahead and make a reservation without the code and in the notes say “Reserve Week”.
