Southwest is celebrating their big 50th anniversary today and with that they are offering 50% off all flights book between today and June 17, 2021. This promotion applies to all paid flights as well as all award flights. Just use promotion code SAVE50 and you’ll receive the discount as long as you are flying between Sept. 15 and Nov. 3, 2021.

After searching around the site, I found some fabulous fares if you are looking to get away this Fall. Although, flights will get booked up quickly, so I suggest booking sooner then later. And since Southwest has an unbelievable change and cancelation policy, there’s no reason to speculatively book some flights if you are using points. If you are paying a paid fare, you’ll see the discount applied right away, but award flights must use the code SAVE50 to see the discount.

This is an excellent offer if you are looking to fly Southwest, especially since you can still add on your Companion flight if you are a Southwest Companion Pass holder.

Also, don’t forget that today is the last day to enter the Southwest giveaway. I personally have yet to win anything from this promotion, but it takes just a few seconds, so you might as well.

Where will you be booking with this incredible offer?
