TravelPony Flash Sale – 10% off Hotel Reservations

This is a flash sale that will not last long. The discount online hotel reservation site Travel Pony is offering the first 1,000 people who book today an additional 10% off. At the time of writing this there are only 335 slots left and it’s not even noon. If you are not yet a member, make sure to first sign up through a referral link so you can get a $35 credit towards your next $200+ reservation, although it cannot be combined with the 10% off code – my referral link but feel free to post your own in the comments section. If you miss out today, the email I received says they will be doing this tomorrow too!

I will make this post short so you can get an additional 10% off if you’ve been eyeing a particular hotel reservation. The 10% off has no minimum and is off your total purchase which is great. Make sure to use code “FLASHPONY”. Also, to get additional savings of 10%-45% off the rate listed make sure to use code TPSAVINGS (this has been a standing offer code).

This could also be a great way to get a discount on a hotel in Miami for any of you that jumped on the $119 roundtrip fares on American Airlines! I pulled up the first hotel I found on TravelPony for a random weekend just to give you an idea but here is what this TravelPony savings will get you.

TravelPony Hotel

4 nights at a nice hotel for only $646! That means only $161.50 a night including taxes!

My experience: Last month I booked a two night stay at The Palazzo for a total of $258.20 after taxes. That same reservation would cost $428.56 through the hotel site directly! For that particular scenario, Jetsetter was also more expensive. I tried a bunch of codes with the hotel site on the IHG website to get a lower reservation rate and none were accepted, so TravelPony saved me about $170! I did not, however, receive the points, so keep that in mind. Related blog post.

Always make sure that you are getting the best possible rate when booking a hotel reservations! Some pricing will be better, where some will not. Overall, I’ve seen very favorable pricing.
