TravelPony is kicking off its end of year sale today and over the next 7 days will be offering a different promotion each day.
From the calendar display above you’ll see that today, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday are geographic specific. Then Wednesday and Thursdays promotion will somehow involve Social Media. And Friday’s promotion is a surprise.
Today’s specific offer is $10 off a $100 or more hotel room in Asia. Use promo code ASIA10 at checkout. My assumption is that Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday will offer the same $10 off promotion in their respective country. While some promotion is better than nothing, this is not one of their more lucrative promotions. I personally prefer their 10% off flash sales! Hopefully the end off the week will provide some better more versatile offers.
Every deal will be available at midnight and will last for 24 hours. If you are not yet a member, make sure to first sign up through a referral link so you can get a $35 credit towards your next $200+ reservation. Unfortunately though, it cannot be combined with these special promotion codes. Here is my referral link, but feel free to post your own in the comments section.
My experience: Overall I am a huge fan of TravelPony. My most recent reservation was at The Palazzo in Las Vegas for a total of $258.20 after taxes. That same reservation would cost $428.56 through the hotel site directly! I tried many other sites and discount codes with the hotel directly, but overall TravelPony saved me about $170! I did not, however, receive the points, so keep that in mind. Related blog post.
TravelPony also just launched an app where every city has one hotel on sale every day. The promotion code FLASHPONY can also be used on the app to get an even great savings!
Always make sure that you are getting the best possible rate when booking a hotel reservations! Some pricing will be better, where some will not. Overall, I’ve seen very favorable pricing.
