Earlier in the week I received an email from reader Robyn letting me know that Hilton is starting to accept applications again for their second round of family travel bloggers – called Hilton Mom Voyage. This reader has been blogging for Hilton on their site for the past 2-3 years and only had positive things to say about it. So if you are a Mom or Dad and want to blog or Hilton, now is your chance! Although, there are some requirements which you must fulfill.
Qualifications:
- Have at least one child age 4-12
- Visit hotels with your child(ren) at least 5 nights per year
- Have strong writing skills and storytelling ability
- US resident age 21 or older
- Not an employee of Hilton, an affiliate, or supplier
- Attend an all-day training (expenses paid) in the Washington, DC area on Monday, March 16, 2015
If you are selected you will be given 15 nights to use at any Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties worldwide. Per the terms and conditions, there are no restrictions on how the stays can be used, but the hotel must have availability. I am not sure if there is an expiration date for these free night certificates either.
The reader who told me about this did inform me that once you are selected it is a one year commitment and your contract will need to be renewed every year. Every year you’ll receive additional Hilton free night certificates.
Overall, this sounds like a great opportunity for those mom and dads out there that want to blog about their travel experiences and receive free Hilton nights in return. Sounds like a great deal to me!
While I would absolutely love to apply for this program, my daughter is not yet 4 years old so I am disqualified. But I would love to see other readers apply and accepted to the program. Make sure to keep me updated! You can read more about the program and apply here. Applications must be received by Friday February 6, 2015 at 11:59pm EDT.
Goodluck!

Thanks for the tip, I might give this a try.
Thanks for the FYI! I’ve sent the link to your posting to a few mom friends.
