Yesterday I received a nice offer in the mail which seems to be sent to all customers who have the co-branded Hyatt credit card. With this offer, you you can receive a $30 food and beverage credit at any Hyatt Place or Hyatt House hotel in the U.S. through July 31, 2016.

IMG_0662It does state that the card that came in the $30 food and beverage voucher card that came in the mailing needs to be presented during the stay, however, my assumption is if you are a Hyatt credit card holder and for whatever reason never received this piece of mail, you might be able to call Hyatt or Chase and have them re-send it to you. Or even tell the front desk that you left it at home.

At both Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels, you receive free breakfast anyways (that is a perk extended to all guests of the hotel). So ultimately the $30 can be used towards lunch or dinner – room service or items from the market. It does state that alcohol is excluded.

While I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay at a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House specifically for the $30 credit, if you happen to be staying at one of their properties and eligible for the credit, you might as well take advantage! I actually am a huge fan of these properties so highly suggest checking them out anyways!

Do you have to do a paid stay or can you use this if you booked a room with points?

I got same thing in mail. The back says qualifying stay. Not sure if that means all cash or points + cash would qualify.

I wonder if we can stack these vouchers? We got 3 in the mail yesterday, one for each cardholder.

I’ll have to call up Chase. I have the Hyatt card, but didn’t receive this.

I received this in the mail the other day. This is going to come in handing, as I’m in the middle of a mattress run for their latest promotion anyway, so I’ll pick up some food when I check into my next Hyatt Place.

Called Chase and they couldn’t find the offer. Then called the Hyatt Diamond line and they found it. I was told it should be sent out to all Hyatt cc holders. Since it only went into effect April 1 she said to give it a few more days to show up in the mail.
