Hertz rental car is offering 50% off rentals when you book by 12:00 pm today (Monday October 28th). Use PC code #194036 for Economy through Full size cars and Small SUVs.
This is actually a great offer and was able to save my parents about $70 off their upcoming rental. The rental pickup dates are limited though. This promotion is valid for car rentals picked up Sunday 10/27/13 through Friday 11/15/13. I also tried using this promotion code with other codes and it would not take 50% off the other discounted code, just the regular rate. However, with all the combo’s I tried, the 50% off promotion gave me the best rate. You also do not have to include a credit card number so this rate is fully cancelable.

Not available where I am headed for Christmas. Oh, well.
tried it for a trip we are doing in two weeks. There is a $52 concession fee added plus the usual taxes etc, so even with the 50% off the car for the week, it is more than the costco rate I booked last month (by $75!!)

Tried opening the offer off you site–didn’t open so I went to Hertz and entered code at 11:30AM CT rejected me for SNA.
