Chase Offers just came out with a great way to save money on your next stay at both a Hyatt Place and Hyatt House stay. With both of these offers, you’ll receive a 15% statement credit when you spend $100 or more, up to a $45 savings. These are two separate offers, so fortunately, you can take advantage of both. Unfortunately though, they are targeted offers that expire Feb. 15, 2020.
With all Chase Offers, you’ll need to sign into your Chase account, either through the app or online and to see your eligible offers. Just scroll down to the bottom where you can toggle between all of your Chase credit cards. You’ll notice that some cards have significantly more offers than others. Some might not even display any offers. Check all of your credit cards to see if you are eligible for either of these two and add them to your card.
Maximizing Hyatt Chase Offers
Both of these offers are only available for the respective hotel type — Hyatt House and Hyatt Place properties. You will not receive the statement credit on a different hotel within the Hyatt chain, such as a Grand Hyatt or Andaz. Additionally, to receive the statement credit, you’ll need to spend $100 or more in a single transaction. You’ll also only receive the credit once, so make sure to use it on your most expensive hotel stay — although you are maxed at a $45 savings ($300 hotel bill).
Even if you are using points for your stay, all incidental purchases that are put on your bill will qualify as well. While these two property types do not allow for too many incidentals, this does include anything that you can charge to your room — restaurants, rooms-service, bar, activities on property, etc. Or, if there is a Hyatt House or Hyatt Place property that sells physical gift cards, you can just purchase a $300 gift card to maximize your savings. Just keep in mind that it needs to be a physical gift card and not an eGift Card as it might end up being sold by a different merchant and will not trigger the statement credit.
I am personally excited about this offer since by husband stays at Hyatt properties almost weekly and should be able to come close on receiving the full $45 statement credit per property type. This means a $90 savings simply by having a Chase credit card!
