How to take advantage

  1. Open the app on Friday, August 7, between 4pm and midnight in Manhattan
  2. Enter promotion code SHAREACOKE
  3. Move your slider to uberPOOL and select SHARE A COKE
  4. Enter your destination and request! Your trip must originate and take place in Manhattan between 59th Street and Canal.
  5. You may be matched with another rider going the same way. Regardless, your fare will be absolutely free!

I’ve written about uberPOOL in the past, but with it you can request a ride for up to a maximum of 2 riders per pickup. You will then be matched (possibly) with other people requesting a ride and there can be up to four passengers in the car total. I’ve used it before and have always had a good experience.Even if they do not match you with another passenger, your ride is still free!

Referral links to get free rides: If you are new to Uber you can get a free ride up to $20. Feel free to leave your own Uber referral code in the comments section below.

Enjoy!
